  1. this program easily encrypts and decrypts mail from/to
  2. internet browsers that use file attach like Netscape.

  4. to encrypt : first type your letter in the mail encrypt program.
  5. then (F)ile, (E)ncrypt. the path and encrypted file is
  6. shown to you so you can attach this file in your mail program 
  7. (such as netscape mail).
  8.  
  9. to decrypt : save your attached file from your mail program 
  10. (such as netscape mail). then (F)ile, (D)ecrypt.
  11.  
  12. to install in win95 or nt 4.x click on START then RUN
  13.  
  14. setup

  16. to install in win 3.x (with win32s drivers) or win nt 3.x click
  17. FILE then RUN
